Pack Draft is operated by Pack Draft, based in Portugal. If you have questions about this policy or your data, you can reach us at contact@playpackdraft.com.

You can play without an account

Pack Draft never requires an account. By default, your progress (discovered animals, medals, daily streak) is stored only in your browser's local storage, on your own device, and is never sent to us.

What we collect if you choose to create an account

Creating an account is entirely optional and only exists so your progress can follow you across devices. If you create one, we collect:

• Email address — if you sign up with email/password.
• Basic profile info (name, email, profile picture) — if you sign in with Google or Facebook, limited to what those providers share with us.
• Gameplay data — which animals you've discovered, medals earned, biomes played, and your Daily Challenge streak. This is the same data that would otherwise stay only in your browser.

We do not collect real-world location, contacts, payment details, or any data beyond what's listed above. Account data is stored using Firebase (a Google Cloud service) and Google's own privacy practices apply to how it's transmitted and stored on their infrastructure.

Legal basis and consent

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing your email and gameplay data is your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box before creating an account. You can withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your account (see below).

Cookies and advertising

This build of Pack Draft does not yet serve real ads — the "watch an ad" moments in the game are simulated for testing. When a real ad network (such as Google AdSense) is connected, this policy will be updated to describe the cookies and identifiers that network uses, and you will be shown a consent prompt before any advertising cookies are set, in line with GDPR requirements for the EU/UK and similar rules elsewhere.

Your rights

Whether or not you have an account, you always have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and all associated data — you can do this from the account screen in-game, or by emailing contact@playpackdraft.com.
• Export your data in a portable format, on request.
• Withdraw consent at any time, with no effect on the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

If you're in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, associated data is removed from our active systems within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep it longer.

Children

Pack Draft is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country, if higher), and we do not knowingly collect account data from children below that age. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page whenever how we handle data changes, and update the "last updated" date above.
